Originating in Ocala, Florida in 1978 as Edwards Construction, the company expanded over the decades due to its dedication to customer service, quality, and long-term relationships. The organization merged with Integrated Construction and partnered with REX Engineering Group to enhance the company’s design-build offering to clients, expanding its footprint nationwide, and rebranded as REX Construction Services.
First and foremost, at REX we believe we are One team, working in tandem with everyone on the project and seeking out the team win; we call that our REX.one Philosophy
With our partnerships with REX Engineering Group and REX Technology Solutions, we provide our clients, partners, and team members much more than a typical construction company, especially one of our size. Our in-house Structural and MEP Engineering services give our teams access to some of the brightest minds in the industry, even if they’re not working on the same project. It also inspires our culture of continual process improvement and our thirst for solving complex problems.
